Understanding your Fitholae fitness score

By Fitholae Product Team · Published · Updated · 5 min read

Fitness is multi-dimensional, which makes it hard to answer the simplest question: am I actually getting fitter? Your Fitholae score compresses the pillars that matter into a single trend line you can read in two seconds.

The pillars behind the number

The score is built from the data you log rather than from a survey you filled in once. Each pillar contributes independently, so a strong training week cannot fully hide a collapsed sleep week.

  • Training: sessions completed and progression against your own history
  • Nutrition: logged meals, protein adequacy and consistency with your target
  • Recovery: sleep duration and rest days actually taken
  • Habits: streaks across the daily habits you chose to track
  • Body metrics: trend direction in measurements, not single readings

Why the trend matters more than the number

An absolute score of 68 means very little in isolation. A score that has climbed from 54 to 68 over eight weeks means your behaviour has changed, which is the only thing that produces results.

Expect week-to-week wobble. Travel, illness and deadlines will pull it down; that is the score being honest, not broken.

The fastest levers

When people ask how to raise the score quickly, the answer is almost always the same three things, in this order.

  • Log consistently — unlogged days are treated as missed days
  • Hit your protein target four days out of seven before worrying about anything else
  • Protect sleep: seven hours moves both the recovery and training pillars

What the score is not

It is not a medical assessment, a body-fat estimate or a comparison against other users. It is a private feedback loop on your own behaviour, designed to tell you where the weakest link currently sits so you can fix that instead of doubling down on what you already do well.

Frequently asked questions

Why did my score fall during a good week?

Usually missing logs. Untracked days count as gaps even if you trained.

Is a score of 100 achievable?

Briefly, yes — but the aim is a stable high range, not a perfect week you cannot repeat.

Does the score consider my goal?

Yes. Targets come from your Fitness Passport, so the same behaviour scores differently for muscle gain and fat loss.
