Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Fitholae collects, why, how long it is kept, and how you can get it deleted. Last updated 2 August 2026.
What we collect
We collect only what the tools need to work.
- Account data — email address, or Google account identifier if you sign in with Google
- Fitness Passport — goal, experience, equipment, diet preference, injuries, schedule
- Health metrics you enter — weight, measurements, habit logs, generated plans and scores
- Technical data — device, browser and anonymised analytics about page usage
How your data is protected
Records are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, meaning your rows are only readable by your authenticated account. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Calculators on public pages run entirely in your browser and send nothing to our servers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate records, or full deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@fitholae.com. Deletion requests are actioned within seven days and remove your passport, measurements, logs and generated plans.
Third parties
We use infrastructure and AI providers to run the platform and generate plans. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share identifiable health metrics with advertisers.
