Workouts, meal plans and scores are generated automatically from the information you provide. They are general fitness information, not personalised medical, dietary or physiotherapy advice, and you use them at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell or republish Fitholae content or generated plans commercially
• Attempt to access another user's account, passport or health records
• Abuse the AI tools with automated or excessive requests

Intellectual property

The Fitholae name, logo, written guides, calculators and interface are owned by Fitholae. Plans generated for your own passport are yours to use personally.
