Fitness Passport — one profile that powers every plan
The Fitness Passport is Fitholae's core idea: a single, portable record of who you are as a trainee — goals, body stats, injuries, equipment, diet preference, and everything you have logged — that every tool reads from.
Open your Fitness PassportWhat your passport stores
Around twenty-five data points captured during onboarding: age, height, weight, activity level, primary goal, target weight, training experience, available equipment, sessions per week, dietary preference, allergies, sleep pattern, water intake and more.
Nothing is asked twice. The workout generator, meal planner, habit tracker and fitness score all read the same passport.
Why one profile beats five apps
Separate apps for training, food and habits each hold a fragment of the picture, so none of them can tell you why progress stalled. A single passport connects your calorie intake, training volume, sleep and weight trend, which is where useful advice comes from.
Keeping it current
Update your weight and measurements every one to two weeks in the Progress Tracker; your passport recalculates so plans stay matched to your current body rather than the one you had at signup.
Frequently asked questions
What is a Fitness Passport?
It is your single fitness profile on Fitholae — goals, body stats, equipment, diet preferences and logged history — that every AI tool uses to personalise plans.
Can I edit my passport later?
Yes. Every field can be updated from your profile at any time, and new plans immediately use the updated values.
Is my data private?
Your passport is protected by row-level security and is only readable by your own authenticated account.
