Connect your AI Assistant

Give ChatGPT or Claude access to your Fitness Passport, meal plans, and workout history to get personalized, real-time advice.

Your Server URL

Use this URL to connect any MCP-compatible AI assistant to Fitholae.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT Advanced Settings and enable Developer mode.
  2. Click New connector.
  3. Paste "Fitholae" for the name and your MCP URL above.
  4. Check "I understand" and click Create.
  5. Enable the app from the chat composer and ask ChatGPT to use it.

Claude

  1. Click to Add to Claude to open the pre-filled dialog.
  2. Review the details and click Add.
  3. If the link doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page and choose "Add custom connector".
  4. Enable the connector in your chat and ask Claude to use it.

Claude Code

Run this one-line command in your terminal to connect Fitholae to Claude Code.

claude mcp add --scope user --transport http fitholae-app ''

After running, start Claude Code and run /mcp to verify the connection.

Refresh after updates

When we ship new features, you need to refresh the connection to let your assistant see the new tools.

ChatGPT

Go to Plugins, select Fitholae, and click Refresh in the information section.

Claude

Open the Connectors page, select Fitholae, and click Refresh to update tools.

Claude Code

Simply restart your session. If the URL changed, run mcp remove and re-add.
