For a bug, tell us the page, your device and what you expected to happen. For a plan question, tell us your goal, equipment and the plan you generated — it saves a round trip.
Press, partnerships and data requests
Use the same email with 'Press', 'Partnership' or 'Data request' in the subject line and it will be routed correctly. Account deletion requests are actioned within seven days.
